The ZSI company makes implants in several sizes, for the ZSI 475 FTM implant as well as for the ZSI 100 FTM implant. This range of available sizes allows each patient to find an implant that works for him.

But it’s not ZSI’s place to decide which size is appropriate for each patient. Only the surgeon can make that determination, based on various analyses of the patient’s anatomy—internal and external measurements for the phalloplasty, his overall size, the angle of the pelvic bone, etc.

ZSI will not intervene with this decision.
