Why having a narrow version of malleable implant?

Sometimes, people write us to tell us there are worried their phalloplasty would be too thin tight for an implant. In this case, the narrow version of the malleable implant ZSI 100 FTM might be appropriate.

Features of the ZSI 100 FTM Narrow
It has the same features as the standard malleable implant, with a fixation plate and a removable glans. But instead of a 22 mm diameter, this one has a 13 mm diameter and is more suitable for tight phalloplasties.
